面对这次的事件，我们绝对有理由相信这是最近正在昌狂的骇客行为。很多大型拥有用户系统的网站都被侵犯，这还包过香港雅虎和各大网站等等。很多本地的网站都曾经被侵犯过，比如 MAXIS, Maybank2u等等。还有另外一个原因可能是来自伺服器的防火墙和防黑系统出现漏洞以导致骇客们轻而易举的侵入。我们正在对此事情竟进行全面的调查以采取必要的行动。
我们已经控制了局部的情况，用户们不必再担忧什么。对于该公司寄来的信件，请紧记，不要对该公司做出任何的对应，应该把它丢掉。我们也慎重的呼吁网友们停此对我们的公司做出无理的猜测和停此在网络上面散播我们是进行骗局的公司。谢谢大家的关心以及合做。
Our member has recently informed us that they have received the scam letter sent out by some company in Macao, with regarding to this matter we would like to clarify that our company (NKIKI Beauty House) has absolutely and totally nothing to do with that suspected company and there is also no any form of alliance/relationship between us or whatsoever. We will not reveal our member's information to any third party for any reason and any sizes of revenue that might be offered by third party.
It is believe that such scam was done through the hacking and collection of membership's database through the website. Such similar indecent happened to other company’s website as well.
We have been investigated on this matter and the situation is being controlled. There is no need to be panic. Members are advisedly to take no action with the scam offer and should just ignore it. And lastly we would like to urge everyone to stop the rumor on the internet that call our company is a scam, we are the victim too, and the truth will be revealed.
