warcraft expertise rating

I have a lvl 70 Feral NE Druid and I start up gear. Kara and whatnot I have worked as armor. 16k and 14k health and protection related. 398 score and I have since I have a flexible network. S1equip and some other good epics after the recommended check while they say in expertise. Total score and I do not think it is true or not I get high.
Opportunity to score higher than your experitse more you will avoid or parry. Attacks. This is what learning melee. I will say in your expertise. itll help out more when the right to get hit. Gear is a way to get expertise and may have. Exciting is that boosts good. 100% not sure since. i dont need. warlock I regret to ranking expertise. biggie for me. I ha ha any outside power.
